Not Happy...
The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down. Other than that the framing and photo is very good.

Thanks so much. I sent in a picture of my dog and used your online 3D like features to pick the type of canvas I wanted. It arrived right to my door and looks great. I like that the wire is already on and i had the option to change the hook. She died this past w/e and its been nice to walk by and see her healthy. thanks, A.

Return customer. Nice frames, great value! Simple intuitive website that makes it easy to order frames, and with liners. The liner joins could be a little tidier, but overall an excellent framing company that I will use again
