Delay in production
Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.

Thank you so much for the print. It looks amazing. The only thing I was a little concerned over was that the box had gotten wet during shipping. It didn't affect the print at all but it made me concerned that there wasn't an extra bag or plastic wrap around the foam protector. Overall the canvass looks great. Thank you so much!!
