Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality.
Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me.
Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package.

I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Turnaround times are super fast, and the work is accurate. Prices are reasonable, given the high quality of the final output. I have a wide variety of excellent art materials to choose from. They even matted my work! Cheap materials makes for cheap art, I say, but KeenART is quality all of the way! Five stars out of five!
