I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. Very Fast turnaround on my frame and free shipping is a plus.Unfortunately the frame was oversized so my canvas is a sloppy fit. Over 1/8\" gap between canvas and the rabbet inside the back of the floater frame can be seen. Next time I guess I need to take 1/8\" of my canvas measurement.
