I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. Disappointed! Inside of frame approximately 1/8\" too small. Canvas wouldn\'t fit in several frames. Plastic looks cheap and outside frame for larger canvases too small in proportion to canvas size.
