I just landed from Los Angeles and see an email stating my frames gave shipped? Is this true? Thank you so much for making this happen so quickly. I'm sorry to have been such a challenge! LOL Thank you for turning a bad situation into a hopefully happy ending. I will send you photos of my completed pieces! And although This order had challenges, because of your fantastic customer service I will continue to use your company for future orders.

Diana, 		caught me off guard.
The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
