Hi, just a suggestion I do really like your printing, maybe the customer could be told in advance that the lead time will not be 1-2 days but 10 days. I know lead times can vary that\'s fine but almost 2 weeks before it\'s shipped? I would still have submitted the order but I would have had the most urgent print done locally.Next time I need it within 2 weeks I\'ll pay fexpress shipping but it looks like it still would have taken 10 days before shipping. Thanks! Like I said...just a suggestion, I do appreciate your great work the prints are always right-on agree=on

I just received the picture of my grandson making his 1st Communion. He and my granddaughter are standing together in the photo...It is just beautiful. I was concerned that the pink of her dress may not come out the right colour but it did..It is just as I had imagined..Thank you so much and you were so kind to me and thank you for all of the corespondents. I am very pleased with the end product...It makes such a difference with the gray lines taken off of the floor and the big gold letters taken out...You did excellent work.

I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.
