Plauqe mounting issue
My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. I just want to say this was the first time I've ordered a custom canvas and I was a little nervous about it. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from you again. It just arrived in the mail faster than I expected and in perfect condition. Everything from ordering to receiving went perfectly smoothly and the finished product looks amazing. This is a gift for my in-laws. This is the view from their windows of their home in which they are going to be selling in the spring to move from Victoria to the Okanagan.
