We actually received the Canvas yesterday afternoon. I forgot to email back an update. Packaging was in good condition, and the quality was excellent! Thank you!

This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. We are so pleased with our canvas prints. We decided to go for the 24x26 and they look great in our living room and dining room. The details of the print and the way the frames are made is very good quality. We will be ordering again for sure.

The collage was in remembrance of my mother-in-law who died recently. One copy was displayed at her funeral and it received praise from all friends and family. That one will be kept by her son, the other is with her daughter, my wife.
