I received my prints today. I must tell you I was very impressed with your workmanship on the printing and mounts and was also very relieved to see the excellent packing job that you did to ensure their safety. You guys get 5 out of 5 stars.

I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes.
I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.
