Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the floating frame I ordered. It is beautifully made and the quality is outstanding. It was also received incredibly fast, especially considering it was \"custom\" sized to my exact specifications. And finally, I had an immediate change of mind on my order after placing it, and called the next day to see if I could alter it. This request was granted without hesitation. I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :(
I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future.
