My wife opened it on her birthday and the photo brought tears of joy to her eyes. Unfortunately, the frame and print had been damaged in shipping. I ordered a 36 x 36 canvas print of a photo I took in Tofino at Chesterman beach. Within a few hours - I had an email from Cynthia advising the resolution wasn\'t good enough to see if I had another file, to offer alternatives if not. I ended up switching to a better photo.
