We were very pleased with the quality of the hanging frame that you installed. Looks quite elegant. The metal prints continue to sell well and, again, the excellence of your product is a major contributing factor. I absolutely love the way you put pictures on canvas and I have used you now for several years. I have just done four prints. I was quite disappointed in one of them. I would have appreciated an email advising me that there was a small water spot on the picture which I didn\'t notice on my copy On my iPad. I would have paid to have it taken out. It has really ruined my canvas print. It is not your fault but it would have been appreciated if I had been notified and I had been given the option of having it removed. I was very pleased with the other three. Thank you!
