The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.

I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it. KeenART: We will send a replacemnt.

I just received the canvas prints and wanted to let you know how pleased I am with them! They turned out even better than I had hoped too. The concert stubs belong to my husband and the prints were made to decorate the wall of our daughter's bedroom who turns 14 this week. She is a huge British rock fan and will flip when she sees them.
