Custom-cut Gatorboard The shipment arrived in one piece (btw- excellent packing) last night. Given the shipping mess this year that is pretty decent timing. My order was for what I saw as your longest Gatorfoam Board pieces at 36” I’m going to leave very positive feedback for you. I tried to reach any number of art material suppliers in Souther Ontario and they either didn’t reply or expressed no interest in an order. So, bravo to you guys! I made them into a collage and gave them the 16x16 canvas for Christmas. They loved it and so did I. The website was so easy to use and i received my print in 3 business days... during the Christmas rush! I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you Jaimie Moon, Cold Lake, AB	Deeply dissatisfied. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied. Roger,	how pleased I am ... I just received my order, two canvases. I wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the prints. They look great. Thank you so much for doing such a great job.
