I want to extend my sincere appreciation for ensuring that my art pieces arrived on Tuesday, Dec 30th and for your generosity in covering the rush order fee, even though the error/type in the card number was on my part. Since these were a gift for my daughters and I was leaving city the next day, your willingness to go the extra mile to ensure this timely arrival meant that I could sign the pieces and be there to present these in person.
